The Last Love Note by Emma Grey

I’m not crying, there’s just something in my eye…those who know me well know I hate to cry, so I’m not going to fully admit what this book did to my emotions. It didn’t help that I was reading this on a plane, during a very early flight - surely I can blame the sleep deprivation for my watery eyes, right? Joking aside, this book does deal with the death of a spouse - but does it in a charming, hopeful, and at times, hilarious way.  I read it while sipping my lukewarm airport coffee, but the story of a young widow and mom finding her way after a devastating loss warmed my cold heart. I recommend this book to anyone who loves love in all its messy forms.
